to the west of the farmstead, there will be a round pergola of hornbeams, evoking the so-called <\/span>Roccolo (<\/span><\/i> a hunting <\/span>station<\/span> used by bird catchers in the <\/span>Po-Alpine region<\/span> to capture catturare live<\/span> migratory<\/span> birds), designed to as a space for outdoor parties and events, with a 360\u00b0 view towards Monte Rosa.
the<\/span> Roccolo is very common in theagicultural landscape of Varese, as can be seen in Villa Toeplitz, but also in Bobbiate and Gazzada.

the olive trees also provide an intermediate level of naturalness that acts as a buffer between the area closest to the farmstead and the area towards the woods, representing a valuable refuge for biodiversity.
the green parterres, on the other hand, feature flower-filled lawns which, in addition to ensuring a pleasant aesthetic appearance, reduce maintenance and guarantee great biodiversity.<\/p>\n
