the juneberry garden is designed with an essential and rigorous language in line with the architecture and above all with particular attention to environmental sustainability to reduce maintenance and management costs over time. the garden is a green heart that relates to the new buildings through pathways and small squares that become places for meeting, socializing and sharing among residents.
part of the garden is hanging, another part is on the ground. the intensive green roof section features a continuous drainage system across the entire surface without any interruption. This system allows for the management of rainwater drainage independently of the choices regarding the upper finish.
the garden pathways are made of eco-compatible draining concrete without cement, composed of natural aggregates.
flowering juneberry trees are planted in the garden (Amelanchier canadensis), which are a wonderful ornament both in spring with their delicate and light flowers and in autumn with their colorful and bright leaves. the trees in the rest of the garden are the Lime Tree (Tilia platyphyllus) at the corner of the villa and the Soluangeana magnolias that mark the driveway and the pedestrian entrance on via Campagna and the entrance to the existing villa respectively.
evergreen shrubs mixed with herbaceous and perennial plants enrich the garden and guarantee year-round flowering.
